Forestry is about protecting and connecting with nature and Brianne knew that it would be right up her alley. “As a Planning Forester, there’s a great mix between field work, like supervising contractors and going out in our UTVs, and office tasks like submitting harvest plans and environmental assessments,” said Brianne. In addition to getting that outdoor experience and putting her skills and knowledge to use in the office, she adds, “I’m very grateful that my career path has allowed me to have that professional aspect but also balancing a personal life as well.”
