The Production Manager is accountable for the organization and supervision of plant production activities, including planning, organizing and operating all aspects of the plant’s operation. The position is accountable for ensuring established production levels are achieved within safety, budget and quality goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of production experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing change
  • Demonstrated experience planning, goal-setting and project management
  • University Degree or Technical Diploma in a relevant field is an asset
  • Knowledge of OSB manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Knowledge of maintenance processes
