You will be working alongside the best and brightest in the business at a technically complex sawmill that has seen north of $100M worth of upgrades over the last 5 years. You’ll bring with you a solid mix of mechanical aptitude and industrial leadership experience and for bonus points, you’re certified in a Red Seal trade. You have a clear sense of accountability, and are highly organized. You’ve managed multiple trade functions, preferably in a union setting and have a knack for meeting short term maintenance goals along with keeping the longer range challenges in focus.
